Park Details:
Gauley River National Recreation Area includes 25 miles of free-flowing Gauley River and 6 miles of the Meadow River that run through scenic gorges and valleys containing a wide variety of natural and cultural features. There are several Class 5+ rapids in the rivers in the area.
