Olympic National Park's mountain wilderness contains the finest remnant of the Pacific Northwest rain forest, active glaciers, and teeming wildlife. The Roosevelt elk and Olympic marmot are natives of the park. There are deep valleys, lush meadows and 57 miles of wild scenic ocean shore.
