Park Details:
Beautiful cliffs, beaches and sand dunes, waterfalls and the northern hardwood forest of Lake Superior's shoreline are featured here at the Pictured Rocks National Seashore. The rocks for which the Park is named rise directly from the lake to heights of 50 to 200 feet. The cliffs have been sculpted into caves, arches and formations that look like castles and fortresses.
